chickamauga

As you might can tell, I really like taking pictures early in the morning and late in the evening. There's something about the light that is special and unpredicitable. This is part of the Chickamauga Battlefield in Georgia, near the Tennessee state line and Chattanooga. It was taken very early one fogy morning, before sunrise. I think the thing I like best about it are the soft tones and the way the fog hugs the ground. It would have been better with some wildlife in it, but that's the way it goes.
